Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways (M-Pesa, Flutterwave, PayPal, etc.). We store only transaction reference numbers — never your full card details or M-Pesa PIN. Payment data is subject to the respective gateway's privacy policy.
We share your information with: (a) Vendors — your name, delivery address, and phone number so they can fulfil your order; (b) Payment processors — as required to complete transactions; (c) Legal authorities — when required by law. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Messages sent through our chat system are stored on our servers. Please note that all conversations between customers and vendors are accessible to platform administrators for safety and fraud prevention purposes.
